All services are delivered with reasonable skill, care and professionalism.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to relevant documentation, and cooperation required to deliver services effectively. Delays or additional work caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional fees.

Fees and payment terms will be agreed in advance. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period. IQS Audits Limited reserves the right to suspend services where payment is overdue. Certification outcomes are based on evidence available at the time of assessment. IQS Audits Limited does not guarantee certification and is not liable for outcomes influenced by factors outside its control.

All information provided by clients will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for accreditation purposes. IQS Audits Limited’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
